At 5:02 a.m. on July 26, 2025, the Thai Army reportedly launched a five-shell artillery attack targeting multiple locations in Unity Village, Kum Dam Da, Field Long District, Por Saet Province.
Separately, Lieutenant General Mali Sohata, spokesperson for Cambodia's Ministry of National Defense, confirmed during a press conference on the morning of July 26 that Thai forces have continued to fire ballistic missiles into Cambodian territory, with a concentration of attacks in Por Saet Province.
In the event of an armed confrontation between the Cambodian and Thai armed forces, Cambodia reaffirmed its commitment to resolving the dispute through peaceful means in accordance with international law, while also reserving the right to self-defense as stipulated in Article 51 of the UN Charter.
